Independent Disability Services
Every NDIS participant deserves support that is respectful, customised to meet their needs and empowering. MSC’s Independent Disability Services program offers support coordination services that are culturally appropriate and delivered in the preferred language of the participant.
What We Do
Our support coordinators work with participants to:
- Ensure they and their families involved in their care understand their NDIS plan and can use it with confidence.
- Assist connecting with service providers, community resources, and government supports.
- Build the skills to manage their supports independently and make informed choices.
We offer three levels of support tailored to the needs of the participant:
Support Connection
We help participants build their ability to engage with informal, community, and funded supports—laying the foundation for long-term independence.
Support Coordination
We work with participants to strengthen their ability to understand and implement your NDIS plan. We assist with coordinating services, maintaining relationships, and working toward your personal goals.
Specialist Support Coordination
For participants with more complex needs, we provide intensive support to address challenges and ensure consistent, reliable service delivery
